You+Me=Love & Blog Candy Giveaway!
January 30th, 2010 by Amanda
Since today’s the last day for my Crop ‘n Cards class this month, I thought I’d share the third and final layout and card from the class. I liked this one the best–I think–gosh…I don’t know. Don’t make me pick! It’s like having to pick your favorite child for goodness sake!
I just can’t do it!
I think what I like about it is that it looks difficult and involved but in reality, it’s not because it’s mostly punching. Shocker there? ha ha ha! Practically everything I do has punches! Why should I change now? If you took away my punches and ribbon, I’d be a lost lil’ paper crafting junkee!

Here’s what I used:
- 117153 Sending Love Specialty Designer Series Paper $11.95
- 113693 Full Heart punch $15.95
- 117193 Small Heart punch $5.95
- 118402 Scallop Trim Border punch FREE!! with a $50 order
- 117332 Scallop Heart of Hearts Embosslits die $11.95
- 115617 Chocolate Striped Ribbon $8.95
- Chocolate (114339), Pink (117681) & Red Corduroy buttons (117268) $9.95 ea.
- Very Vanilla, Basic Black, Pretty In Pink, Pixie Pink and Real Red Card Stock $5.50 ea.
- Basic Black Classic Pad and Marker
Here’s the coordinating card:

Additional products used to make the card that are not included above are:
- 117335 Perfect Polka Dots Textured Impressions Folder $7.95
- 116630 Designer Label punch $15.95
How about you? Which of the last three layouts/cards I’ve posted are your favorite? Leave me a comment on this blog (not via e-mail) and I’ll send a random winner the three cards from class! Blog candy rewards, too? I know — all this sharing is going to my head!
) I’ll draw a winner at the end of the day on Sunday. Hope you win!
Have a great weekend!

It’s so hard to pick a favorite! If you twist my arm a bit more…OK, OK enough. I’ll have to go with Love Bug!

I loved all of the cards we did this afternoon. However, my favorite was the pink one with the hearts. The red valentine card was a very close second. Enjoyed being creative and spending time with some very nice women.

Hi, Amanda. I love the last card you posted — with the hearts punched out of the new dsp. I also love how you used the polka dots impressions folder and the new border punch. Great job!

I like the 3rd one best b/c I love the new border punch–it’s lovely, as are all your cards. Great job, as usual!

Love is in the air is my favorite of this exact second. I promise it will change in the next few seconds. They are all outstanding. I love looking at your work.

I love them all. IF I have to choose I would say Love Bug with You + Me = Love is a very close second. I just love all your cards and scrapbook pages.

I love the red and black 12×12 page. I love the contrasting red and black. Contrasty, I like the pink card, mostly because of the embossing… it adds “something”.

I am going to go with the pink and black one, although, the bug is too cute, and the red one is great, too. I guess I really can’t choose just one, they are all great, and thanks for the inspiration. I can always count on your for that.

I like this last card the best…colors, punching, textured plate, etc.

Hi Amanda…love them all, but especially the last one. I totally love the way you incorporated the texture plate and the new border punch with the heart punches and DSP!
Always look forward to your posts : )
