The Lavendar Lace Reinker Mystery

ANOTHER ONE OF MY DUFUS MOMENTS 

I was cleaning off my messy stamp room tables Friday after a night of exploring the Batik technique for what else–A SWAP!!

Clumsy me knocked over the reinker bottles and the Lavendar Lace one rolled off the table. The weird thing is . . . I didn’t hear the usual “THUG” that accompanies something that falls on my tile floor. After first, I thought my eyes were deceiving me because I couldn’t find that slippery sucker ANYWHERE!! I looked every where in that room and scoured the messy table still unable to find it.

Frustrated and thinking I’d gone buggy (oops…forgot that I’d done that a long time ago.), I just said to myself “Well shoot–I guess it’ll turn up somewhere”, and I went about my business of the day. I cleaned the kitchen, swept and mopped the floors, got the mail, had lunch, hung up the laundry, etc. A few hours went by and I’d forgotten all about the reinker.

Next think you know, I have an urge to visit the “lil’ girls room” after two huge glasses of lemonade. As I’m sitting there doing my business, I looked down and found:

MYSTERY SOLVED!!! & the Morale of the story? Don’t wear cuffed britches in your stamp room! Bwaa ha haa!!

    Okay, I was directed to your website when I read a post on Amy celona’s site. So I came here to check out your creations.

    When I read this post, it really tickled my funny bone. I can so see this happening to me as this kind of stuff seems to happen to me regularly!!!

    le plus désagréable c’est de cherché partout ce que l’on a fait tomber sans jamais le trouver!
    alors qu’il ce trouve a porté de main,alors que l’on ne le voit pas !!!
